Greystone, a leader in commercial mortgage lending and property development, approached agency Fantasy Interactive to help them create an in-house app to streamline the lending process for commercial property. Fantasy Interactive then called our team at Dreamspace to lend a hand. Tasked with creating a fun, easy-to-understand video to introduce the app to employees, we went about creating a “day-in-the-life” of a typical project–and the ease their app brings to the entire process–using a mix of footage, graphic overlays and screen replacements.
