Client: Kyowa Kirin – Agency: Pixacore Project: Adenosine Inhibitor MOA
In your brain are two “pathways” used to send dopamine and adenosine where they are needed. In Parkinson’s disease, the Indirect pathway is overstimulated with adenosine which results in the familiar shaking of the sufferer’s muscles. Nourianz is an adenosine blocker that prevents overstimulation from adenosine and helps return normal movement.
We helped create this short informational MOA video intended to explain the drug to doctors, helping them choose the best choice of treatment.
